ANOTHER MIDDLE EAST PHOTOGRAPHIC SEASON HAS STARTED

Once again in the Middle East taking pictures of the Christian communities.

Starting from the Monastery of Mor Gabriel in the deep south-east of Turkey, then heading towards the border with Syria, to visit the Bishop in Aleppo and then again down towards Mor Musa and Damascus. Then a quick shot in Beirut and back to the base in Istanbul.

Shanghai. Living innovation

I'm just back from Shanghai discovering the modern face of China, where the innovation meets the tradition. Shanghai is the living-engine of this huge country which pushes China towards modernity and economic power.

Working in the island of Pianosa

I am now working in the wonderful and amazing island of Pianosa, one of the most secluded, beautiful and unexploited Italian islands, where still nature is the ruler.

On assignment in Piacenza, Italy

I am now on assignment in Piacenza, Italy working on a project about the balances of trade workers who still work in this area. The project is supported by Camera di Commercio di Piacenza.
